Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No. Racento has no sign-up and no login. You can start keeping score straight away, and everything works offline.

Which games can I keep score for?

Three trick-taking card games: Oh Hell (Boerenbridge), Klaverjassen and Hearts. The app does the scoring automatically for each.

How does "Follow live" work?

During a game, tap the antenna button to get a short code and link. Anyone can open racento.com, enter the code (or open the link), and watch the score update live in their browser — handy for players at the table or on a TV.

Can I show the scoreboard on my TV?

Yes. With a Chromecast on the same Wi-Fi, tap the Cast button to send a read-only scoreboard to your TV. The app asks for local-network access only to find nearby Cast devices.

How do I change the language?

Open Settings and pick your language: English, Dutch, German or Spanish. On the very first launch you choose a language right away.

What about my privacy?

Racento is fully anonymous — no account, no email, no password. The app sends anonymous technical data (such as device type and app version) and your current game to our server, so the live scoreboard can be shared. Note that the player names you type are part of that game and can be seen by anyone with the share code, so don't use sensitive names when sharing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

The score looks wrong — what now?

On the round/standings screen you can re-enter the last round, or restart it, to fix a mistake. If something still looks off, email us with the game and we'll help.
